Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions of use of the website membership and online reservation services provided by VERI-TENSION (the "Clinic"), and the rights and obligations of users and the Clinic.
Article 2 (Services provided)
The Clinic provides the following services:
- Membership registration and management of member information
- Information on treatments and products
- Receiving, confirming, changing and cancelling online reservations
- Notices regarding reservations and use of services
- Events and announcements
- Other online services determined by the Clinic
Article 3 (Member information)
Users must provide accurate information and update it through My Page or other means when the registered information changes.
Users are responsible for managing their account and authentication credentials.
Article 4 (Reservations)
Online reservation is a service for receiving and confirming a reservation for the date and time you select.
Available dates and times may vary depending on operating conditions and the availability of the reservation system.
The reserved treatment can be changed through consultation after you visit the clinic.
Whether a treatment is performed, and its scope and specific method, may be decided after consultation and an assessment of your condition at the clinic.
Article 5 (Prices and payment)
Prices shown on the website are guide prices for the relevant product or event; details such as whether VAT is included follow the information shown on screen.
Payment is made at the clinic on the day of your visit.
If the reserved treatment is changed after your visit, the final amount payable may also change, and any change will be explained before payment.
Article 6 (Changing and cancelling reservations)
Users may change or cancel a reservation using the functions provided on the website or by contacting the Clinic.
When changing a reservation, the desired date and time may not be available depending on the schedule available at the time of the change.
Article 7 (Restrictions on use)
Use of the services may be restricted in the following cases:
- Using another person's information without authorisation
- Deliberately interfering with the operation of the services
- Repeatedly making false reservations
- Violating applicable laws or these Terms
Article 8 (Changes to and suspension of services)
Some services may be temporarily restricted or suspended for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, failures, communication problems or failures of external services.
Article 9 (Medical notice)
Treatment and product information on the website is provided for general information only and does not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment of an individual's condition.
The treatment you booked can still be changed after you arrive at the clinic.
The actual treatment plan is explained after consultation and any necessary assessment at the clinic.
Article 10 (Changes to the Terms and enquiries)
Changes to these Terms are announced on the website or by other means.
