Consent to Receive Marketing Communications
If you choose to consent, VERI-TENSION may send you marketing communications such as events and special offers.
1. Purpose of use
- Information on events and promotions
- Information on new treatments and products
- Information on discounts and benefits
- Clinic news and marketing information
2. Information used
- Email address
- Device information for app push notifications (push token, device platform and model, app and operating system version, language setting)
- Whether you have consented to marketing communications and the date and time of consent
- Member information used to select recipients: the country identified from your mobile phone number, language setting, date of birth (age group) and gender if provided, and the treatment categories in your reservation history

4. Retention and use period
Used until you withdraw your consent to marketing communications or delete your account. After you consent, we remind you every two years of the fact of consent, the date of consent and how to withdraw it. If you withdraw consent, the record of consent and withdrawal is kept for handling disputes.
5. Refusal and withdrawal of consent
Consent to marketing communications is optional, and declining it does not limit your membership or use of the reservation service.
After consenting, you can withdraw at any time under Menu > Profile Settings > "Receive marketing communications". The result of your consent or withdrawal is sent to you by email and to your notification inbox. Even after withdrawal, you will continue to receive notices needed to use the service, such as reservation and announcement notices.
6. Sending of advertising messages
Advertising messages are marked "(Ad)" in the title and include the sender's details and how to opt out or withdraw consent.
As we do not obtain separate consent for night-time advertising, no advertising messages are sent between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. the following day (Korea Standard Time).
